POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT: CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS (Two Years Contract) – One Post
The University of Karachi invites applications for the position of Controller of Examinations. Job Opportunity At University Of Karachi This is a critical role requiring a dedicated professional with extensive experience in university administration and examination processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: At least a 1st Class Master’s Degree.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in grade 17 or above (or equivalent) in Administration or Examinations work within a University, Government, or Semi-Government Institution.
- Familiarity with examination regulations and experience in institutions of national/international repute is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
The Controller of Examinations will oversee all aspects of examination conduct and any additional duties as assigned.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Application Process:
- Obtain the prescribed application form from the HRM Section, Ground Floor, New Administration Building, University of Karachi.
- Submit a payment of Rs. 4,000 through Pay Order in favor of “University of Karachi.”
- Degree/Certificate Requirements:
- All qualifications must be from HEC recognized universities or institutions.
- Application Submission:
- Applications on plain paper will NOT be accepted.
- Submit two copies of your application along with photocopies of all relevant degrees, diplomas, and experience certificates.
- Age Limit:
- Maximum age is 62 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.
- Proper Channel:
- Candidates currently employed in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous organizations must apply through the proper channel.
- Shortlisting:
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests and interviews.
