Master’s Degree (second class) or equivalent in a discipline related to Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, OR

Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable educational institution, plus 20 years of experience in Business Administration, Public Administration, Asset Management, or Law.
