Military Engineering Services (MES) is a branch of the Pakistan Army that oversees various development projects in accordance with Pakistan Army regulations.

MES is also involved in real estate and other Army science and engineering programmes. Engineers-in-Chief lead a large command of Army Engineering in civil and military infrastructure programmes as Commander of the Pakistan Army Corps of Engineers. Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Abbottabad, Muzaffarabad, Kharian, Sargodha, Gujranwala, Lahore, Bahawalpur, Multan, Karachi, Hyderabad, Pano Aqil, and Quetta will host written/screening and skills tests.

An objective type screening test based on Islamic Studies, Pakistan Studies, English, General Knowledge, and Subject Relevant to Post will be held for BPS 4-15 (less Civil Driver / MT Driver). Skill / practical tests will be administered for the Civil Driver / MT Driver and Assistant Copier Operator positions.
