The Election Commission of Pakistan ECP KPK is seeking dynamic, qualified, energetic, and motivated individuals to fill the positions of Draughtsman (BPS-16), Senior Personal Assistant (BS-16), Senior Assistant (BS-15), Data Entry Operator (BS-14), Junior Personal Assistant (BS-14), Junior Assistant (BS-11), Sub Assistant (BS-09), Staff Car Driver (BS-05), Dispatch Rider (BS-05), Naib Qasid (BS-02), Chowkidar (BS-02) (BS-02).
BS-16 Draughtsman:
- Matriculation plus a Diploma in Draftsmanship A three-year course from any government polytechnical institute or Tracer.
- In the case of Tracer, he has seven years of experience.
(BS-16) Senior Assistant:
- Bachelor’s degree with a second class or grade “C” from a recognised university.
- A minimum speed of 100/50 w.p.m. in shorthand/typing.
- Computer skills are required.
(BS-15) Senior Assistant:
- A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university is required.
- Preferably, you should be computer literate.
Operator of Data Entry (BS-14):
- A bachelor’s degree
- Diploma in Computer/IT for one year.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications is required.
- Typing speed of at least 40 w.p.m.
- Capability to multitask successfully.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Working independently with little supervision is something you should be able to do.
- Capability to convert data from paper to digital format.
- The ability to type in Urdu.
- The ability to use the internet/email.
- The ability to use antivirus software to protect residual data.
Personal Assistant Junior:
- Intermediate.
- A minimum speed of 80/40 w.p.m. in shorthand/typing.
- Computer skills are required.
- Junior Helper:
- Intermediate level, preferably computer literate
Substitute BS-09:
- Matriculation.
- A minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m. is required.
- Preferably, you should be computer literate.
Candidates with a primary education are eligible for other positions. Applicants for Staff Car Driver and Dispatch Rider Jobs must have a valid driver’s licence. This recruitment is open to both men and women. Minority and disabled person quotas will be followed in accordance with the Government Recruitment Policy.
