The One-Year Training Program for Trainee Engineers and Management Trainees is open to candidates from all around Pakistan. Candidates must meet the qualifying requirements in order to be considered.

Trainee Engineers:

• Minimum of 16 years of schooling, ideally a Master’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a HEC approved university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution.
• B.E/BS/M.E/MS in Engineering

Management Trainees:

• Minimum of 16 years of study, preferably a Master’s degree in Marketing, General Management, or Supply Chain Management from a HEC approved university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution.
• BBA, MBA, BS, or MS is the title of the degree.
• Prior to selection, foreign degree holders must provide an equivalency certificate from HEC. On the date of the advertisement, you must be at least 25 years old.
