KS&EW (Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works Limited) is a Pakistani defence contractor and military business based in West Warf, Sindh.

KSEW Limited is Pakistan’s sole and oldest shipyard, offering shipbuilding, ship repair, and heavy engineering equipment. For the Pakistan Navy, it has manufactured cargo ships, oil tankers, tug boats, support vessels, landing craft, ships, and submarines.
