INSTRUCTIONS & GENERAL CONDITIONS:

i. Applicants must be Pakistani citizens and residents of Distt: Hafiper and Swabi who are advised to read carefully the following instructions before filling in the appropriate prescribed application form, available on the WAPDAwetsite (www.wabda.gov.bk) & undersigned subbait application within 21 days of being published in the newspaper (s).

. ii. After the due date, no applications will be approved.

. iii. All candidates will be chosen on the basis of mentality

iv. iv. Via the required channel, serving workers should apply. However, without obtaining N.O.C., the advance copy of the application will be forwarded. If he/she fails to generate N.O.C from the department concerned, the applicant may not be allowed to appear in the interview.

V. For the ability test / interview, only short listed applicants will be named.

. vi. No TA/DA will be available for Ability Test/Interview applicants.

vii. Employees of the Government / WAPDA who have completed 02 years of continuous service at the closing date of receipt of the request shall be liable for 10 years of age relaxation.

. viii. For each group, general age relaxation has already been included in the age referred to. With the exception of 03 years of age relaxation, no further age relaxation is permitted at the prescribed age limit for candidates belonging to the Buddhist Group schedule castes.

ix. At the time of the interview, original documents must be submitted by the applicants.

x. Not qualified to apply are applicants who have been terminated or dismissed for potential jobs.

xi. The applications/documents submitted by the candidates would be at the applicant’s risk & expense. At any point, during the induction phase or later in service, any documentation found to be incorrect would result in their termination.

xii. At any point, WAPDA reserves the right to withhold / cancel the recruitment process. A competent authority can increase or decrease the number of posts.

xiii. A candidate’s eligibility is determined on the basis of an academic record.

xiv. Applicants shall apply to this office, within due date, application forms duly completed along with a copy of the Educational / Certification Certificate, domicile, CNIC and two recent passport size images.

. Xv. Candidates applying for a disability quota can have a disability certificate along with a request from the government department concerned.

xvi. Incomplete applications containing incorrect details are rejected summarily.
