GENERAL Requirements & INSTRUCTIONS: –

i. Applicants must be Pakistani citizens with a domicile in the districts of Haripur and Swabi. Applicants are instructed to read the following directions carefully before filling out the appropriate prescribed application form, which can be found on the WAPDA website (www.wapda.gov.pk), and sending it to the undersigned within 21 days of publication in the newspaper (s).

ii. After the deadline, no applications will be approved.

iii. Both applicants will be chosen on the basis of their credentials.

IV. Workers who are actually employed should apply to the appropriate channels. However, without receiving an N.O.C., an advance copy of the application can be forwarded. If the candidate fails to produce an N.O.C. from the appropriate agency, he will not be allowed to partake in the interview.

v. Only those applicants who have been shortlisted will be approached for an ability test/interview.

v. No TA/DA will be given to applicants for the ability test/interview.

vii. Government/WAPDA workers who have finished the age relaxation period of two years.

VIII. The age listed against each group has already taken into account general age relaxation. There is no more age relaxation in the specified age limit, with the exception of a three-year age relaxation for candidates belonging to schedule castes and the Buddhist religion. Continuous service on the closing date of application receipt is allowable 10

ix. Applicants shall submit original records at the time of the interview.

x. Candidates who have been fired or disqualified from serving in the future are unable to apply.

xi. Applicants’ applications and papers are submitted at their own cost and expense. Any records revealed to be incorrect at any point during the recruitment process or later in operation will be terminated.

xii. WAPDA retains the freedom to reject or terminate the application process at any time. The responsible authority has the authority to raise or decrease the number of posts.

xiii. A candidate’s eligibility is determined by his or her academic record.

xiv. Applicants must send completed application documents, copies of educational/qualification records, proof of residency, CNIC, and two recent passport-size images to this office by the deadline.

xv. Applicants applying for the disabled quota must request a Disability Certificate from the applicable government agency with their submission.

xvi. Documents that are incomplete or contain wrong details will be immediately refused.
