Project Directors have a variety of career options available to them. These Project Directors are needed for the construction of a road from Pisan to Hoper Nagar (Shahra E Nagar), the inter-regional connectivity of the Baltistan Division and the Diamer Astore Division (construction/metalling of a road from Gonkote Astore to Shagharthang Skardu), and the establishment of a medical and nursing college in Gilgit.

Professionals with a BSc, MSc, or B.E in Civil Engineering and relevant field experience are eligible to work for the Project Management Unit. Applicants with additional qualifications, such as an MBA in Project Management, will be given preference.
