NLC was founded in 1978 as part of the Logistics Strategic Organization. The company was tasked with managing the country’s dry ports, engineering and construction sites, as well as all activities including logistics.
The National Logistics Cell’s headquarters are in Rawalpindi, which is run by the Government of Pakistan. To provide effective solutions, NLC operates a multimodal transport system that includes road, air, sea, and train cargos and shipments.
