For this Management Trainee Officers Program 2022, NRSP Bank is seeking applications from highly talented and dynamic young university graduates.
Individuals with a Bachelor’s Degree (1st Division), preferably in banking-related disciplines, are encouraged to apply. This MTOs Program has a maximum age limit of 28 years.
The chosen candidates will be subjected to six months of intensive training in various departments of the bank. During the training period, the bank will pay a monthly salary of Rs. 35,000 / –. MTOs will be added to the Bank’s Regular Cadre of Officers Grade-II after completing the training.
