This position is open to both civilian and retired military personnel. Primary and Middle Passes are both eligible for selection. Driver, Painter, Welder, Chowkidar, Cook, and Sanitary Worker are among the open positions.

Civilians must be between the ages of 18 and 30. The maximum age limit for retired army personnel, however, is 45 years. Candidates with experience in the same field will be preferred. The department will review the applications and call only those who are qualified for the next stage of the recruitment process.
