The SPSC has currently published Recruitment Advertisement No. 04, SPSC Job Advertisement No. 5, and Advertisement No. 06/2021. This advertisement was published in order to fill various positions in the Health Department, Labour and Human Resources Department, Irrigation Department, Works and Service Department, and Local Government Department Sindh.
These departments are looking for a Medical Officer, a Women Medical Officer, a Medical Inspector, an Assistant Engineer – Civil, an Assistant Engineer – Mechanical, an Assistant Executive Engineer – Civil, an Assistant Executive Engineer – Mechanical, an Assistant Executive Engineer – Electrical, and a Medical Officer. Male/Female Municipal Officers (BPS-17), Male/Female Town Officers (BPS-16), and Male/Female Assistant Accounts Officers (BPS-16). These positions are open to recent graduates.
Medical Officers and Inspectors:
- Total number of posts: 318
- Qualifications: A degree in Medicine and Surgery from a reputable university is required.
- Membership in the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council.

Engineer Evaluation Criteria:
- B.E. in the relevant subject with at least a 2nd division from a recognised university.
