Criteria for Eligibility:
Candidates must have a Master’s, Bachelor’s, or equivalent degree with at least 60 percent marks in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Statistics, Data Sciences, Actuarial Sciences, Accounting, Computer Sciences, Information Systems and Technology, Mathematics, Human Resource Management, Agriculture Management, Islamic Banking & Finance, Law, Media & Culture Studies, Philosophy, and Psychology.
Age Limit:
These positions have a maximum age limit of 26 years. Female candidates, transgender people, minorities, and candidates from Northern Areas, Baluchistan, Azad Jammu Kashmir, and Gilgit Baltistan, which were previously part of FATA, will be given a three-year age relaxation.
Pre-Induction Training:
After all procedures, including medical and psychological examinations, and proof of completed educational documents, have been completed, the selected candidates will be required to undergo Applied Focused Theoretical Training as Trainees at the National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), Islamabad. Trainees who successfully complete and qualify for the training will be hired as Assistant Directors at SBP (OG-2).
Compensation Packages:
Trainees will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 41,000 during the Training Program. Candidates who complete this training programme successfully will be appointed as Assistant Director OG-2 at the State Bank of Pakistan, with a monthly salary of Rs. 82,000/-.
