Salary/Rate:

£25,000 – £27,000/annum

Option No. 1

• 4on/4off shift
• Working hours are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (12hrs)
• Pay: £12.36 per hour (approximately £27,000 per annum)
• Working hours per week on average: 42

Option number two

• 4on/4off shift
• Working hours: 4:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. (10hrs)
• Pay: £13.48 per hour (approximately £25,000 per year)
• Working hours per week on average: 35

What You’ll Do

• Use MHE with picking trolleys or VNA Combis, such as HLOPs (high-level order pickers). Our racking is 20 metres high, and our equipment is cutting-edge.
• Pick orders through the Warehouse Management System using MHE and scanning equipment technology.
• Proactively monitor order management systems to ensure that all orders have been received correctly and that detailed descriptions of any Overage/Shortage/Damage issues are provided.
• Identifying units correctly for storage or shipment.
• Be a team member who speaks up.
• Collaborate effectively with coworkers and managers.
• Determine the most efficient way to complete assigned tasks and ask clarifying questions as needed.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

What You’ll Need

• 3 months or more of MHE experience on HLOP or VNA Combi (no licence required).
• The ability to work on the warehouse floor for 10/ 12 hours is required.
• To ensure your safety and the safety of those working around you, you must be able to read and comprehend English.
• Must be capable of repeatedly lifting up to 30kg unassisted and manoeuvring products weighing up to 50kg using team lifts.
• A strong and consistent work ethic.
• Experience with scanning technology.
• A background in distribution or logistics is preferred.
